Delivery Policy

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from eMatters.com.au containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Should there be a delay in excess of 3 working days from receipt of your order we will contact you via email and notify you of the anticipated delivery date.
